Adrenal Stress
There
are many symptoms of adrenal stress and fatigue. Symptoms of adrenal stress may be: fatigue, blood sugar problems, anxiety,
digestive disorders and acid reflux, diminished sex drive, excessive craving for sweets, inability to concentrate, joint pain,
low or high blood pressure, heart palpitations, sleep problems, weakness in muscles, weight gain or loss, belly fat increasing,
increased symptoms of PMS or menopause or andropause, dizziness upon standing, depression, allergy and sinus problems, alcohol
intolerance, weak immune system, and more.
Weakness in the adrenal glands is
tested with an Adrenal Stress Test. This is a lab test that uses saliva to find out how much cortisol and DHEA (adrenal hormones)
are present at different times of the day. This is the only way to find out if your adrenal glands are overproducing or underproducing
and what the circadian rhythm is throughout the day. This is a simple test that you do at home and then mail the kit to the
lab. The doctor interprets the results and can help to pinpoint the supplements that will help you and create a treatment
program that will work for your particular health issues.
Treatment for weak adrenals or overstimulated
adrenals consists of lifestyle and diet changes, supplemental support. and mind/body integration exercises. There is also
a microcurrent therapy method called Frequency Specific Microcurrent which is used to help increase the vitality of the
cells and speed up the healing process.

and have high success rates in treating anxiety, low-grade depression, sleep problems, ADD, and emotional
PMS symptoms. These supplements contain amino acids (the building blocks of the brain chemicals), nutrition,
and herbs. With lab testing or in-office biofeedback testing, the correct supplements can be chosen to fit your needs.
